During our conversation, we aim to learn more about you and your company, so that we can accurately define the profile. This enables us to always understand what you are looking for. After this conversation, you will receive a price proposal from us.

We create a vacancy together with you.

Our job vacancy utilizes the information you've shared with us and attracts only suitable candidates. Using our specific channels, we reach the right audience for your job opening.

We find the best match for you

Our discussions include professional, personal, and social skill assessments, enabling us to create the best match for both the role and the company culture.

Step 5

Getting started

If all aspects are positive, we also serve as a knowledge partner. We assist you in crafting a proposal for this individual. After all, we have gained insight into the preferences of your new employee throughout the entire process.

Step 6

Trial period

During the probationary period, we maintain close contact with both the candidate and you to provide support where needed. The duration of the probationary period ranges from 2 to 4 weeks

This cannot be determined in advance, as the costs depend on various factors, such as the region and role of the desired profile. Therefore, we always first create a price proposal, so you won't be surprised.

We do not have a set region; we recruit candidates throughout the Netherlands, with a special focus on major cities. Do you have a specific inquiry? Don't hesitate to schedule an appointment.

The selected candidate is employed by you, with us taking over the recruitment and selection process until the contract signing. Therefore, you are responsible for payroll administration and assume the risk in case of illness. However, we can also handle this for you.
